DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery time depends on the product, delivery address, and shipping method. During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Currently, we only ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

Shipping is free.

Shipments will be made via UPS or FedEx.

RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

Before contacting us, we recommend having your order number, shipping tracking number with the date you received the product, and purchase invoice available.

Any product you wish to return must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.

Possible reasons for return and applicable scenarios:

If the reason for returning a product is that it is defective, does not meet the qualities or characteristics indicated on the website, is damaged, or is incorrect, the purchase price will be refunded.

If the return is due to the product not meeting your expectations, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded.

To process a return, once you have printed the labels and placed the product back in its original packaging, you must contact UPS directly (phone 900102410) to arrange a pickup or take it to one of the UPS collection points. This service is free.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
